GET TO KNOW ME

 I received my MSW from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I have worked in schools, health insurance, emergent care, intensive case management, geriatric outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric units, and in home mental health education. 

I enjoy working with teens and adults who are motivated to pursue growth and are open to the process. I create a safe space for all individuals regardless of religion, minority status, or cultural differences. I am also an LBGTQ+ ally. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where every part of you can be received with compassion and empathy. 

​I believe therapy is a powerful tool for better understanding not only ourselves but the world around us. I utilize empathy based practices to create an environment where true change and better understanding can happen.  Therapy provides endless possibilities for growth, change, and new beginnings and it is an honor for me to walk that path with people.
